RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want every Wayside Kennel Gear purchase to feel like a good decision, so we’ve crafted a no-fuss, Guarantee. If you need to exchange or return a product:
Returns: Merchandise, if unused and in resalable condition, can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Defects: We fully guarantee our products against defects in material and workmanship. If something seems amiss, please don’t hesitate to contact us for a replacement or refund.
SHIPPING
Wayside Kennel Gear makes every effort to find the fast most economical way to ship your order. All orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. Postage will be calculated at the time of shipping and will be charged at that time. Orders should ship within 10-14 days however many of our products are custom made. Depending on the items you select and the size of your request there is a possibility that your order may take longer. If that occurs you will be contacted to approve the delay. Please note that all payments are processed upon completion of your order just prior to shipment.
